About Us

Child Care & Welfare Organization

Reg No. TVM/TC /218/23

We are all concerned about the future of our children.  From infancy to adolescence, our children face many challenges.  Children are subjected to physical and mental abuse from home, schools and public places.  They fall prey to drugs and cyber crimes. To prevent such situations and safeguard the future of our children, we need to be vigilant. We can achieve more if we unite together in our efforts to protect children’s rights than we can do individually. CCWO, abbreviated as Child Care & Welfare Organization is a national level registered platform formed with a mission to provide care and protection to children.

Mission

  • Develop a stable and supportive Society for children through caring and consistent relationships.
  • Listen and respond to children’s views, wishes, feelings and involve them for a child friendly society .
  • Respect and promote children’s’ rights.
  • Safeguard the welfare, health and happiness of all children.

Vision

Our vision is to help every child reach full potential by being healthy, happy, safe and secure- feeling loved, valued and respected. Achieving this vision involves a combination of efforts from families, communities, governments, and organizations. It includes policies and programs that support education, healthcare, child protection, and social services. It’s essential to promote awareness and advocacy for children’s rights and well-being.

Here are some key elements:

Health

Ensuring access to proper healthcare, nutrition and a safe environment is essential for a child's physical and mental well-being.

Happiness

Fostering an environment that promotes positive emotional and psychological development is crucial for a child's overall happiness. This includes providing opportunities for play, creativity, and learning.

Safety and Security

Creating a safe and secure environment is vital for a child's growth and development. This encompasses physical safety, protection from abuse or neglect, and access to supportive adults and resources.

Love and Care

Children thrive when they receive love and care from their families, caregivers, and communities. Building strong, nurturing relationships with children is essential for their emotional development.

Value and Respect

Every child should be treated with respect and valued for their unique qualities and potential. This helps them develop a healthy self-esteem and a sense of self-worth.
